Refund policy

If you decide to return the product(s) follow these steps:

  1. Please contact us in writing immediately by sending an email, stated the specific reason “why you want to return it”No phone calls.
  2. Products may be returned within 7 (seven) days from the date the order is received/delivered (shown on the P.O.D) if the following conditions on #3 and #4 are met:
  3. Product(s) must be returned in unopened/unbroken seal(s) in its original manufacturer’s package, this means no missing of its content. If the security seal is broken, we will not take it back. The unacceptable condition will not be credited and will be returned to the buyer(s) at his/her own expense, no exceptions. We can accept the broken security seal(s), if it is related to the cosmetic appearance, such as faded surface, dented, chipped, improper assembled unit, and this will be treated as warranty replacement. (See the Warranty Replacement explanation below).
  4. For memonizer® Body, we cannot accept it after it is being used/touch on the skin.

Important note:

  1. All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee from its original online price, no exceptions. Shipping charges will not be refunded. In the case of purchasing was made with FREE shipping promotional offer included, we will subtract our cost of shipping from the original price after the 20% restocking fee applied. 
  2. Return costs are buyer’s responsibility. Buyer is responsible for ALL risks of loss and damage to product(s) that being shipped for return. Fully insured for all returned shipment is strongly recommended in case of loss or damage. The eligible refund may take up to six weeks from the date we receive the returned merchandise.
  3. After purchasing the products through website, our invoice, or by phone and you change your mind to cancel it, a full refund will be granted if we receive the cancellation notice directly from you within 24 hours. This communication must be in writing via email to: customerservice@totalharmonywithnature.com No phone call is accepted for all return/cancelation issues, please communicate via email only.
  4. No return is accepted for “special order product(s) not listed on our website” and all CUSTOM- BUILT units such as memonizer® Combi, Water, Pool, and Heating.
  5. No return is accepted for ALL orders outside of the USA/overseas. The sale is final.
  6. No return is accepted for all the Bundle Packages or Special negotiated deals. No exceptions. Warranty exchange is OK.

Limited Warranty:

12 months from the purchase date. The warranty only covers the workmanship quality, nothing else. We will replace it free of charge or equal to the same value purchased at the time of transaction. You must be able to demonstrate the workmanship quality issue by providing us with good quality pictures from 3 different angles with good lighting and explanation in writing via email and we will contact you to finalize the issue. We must receive the problem unit first before a new replacement is shipped. No phone calls will be accepted for a warranty claim. All communication must be done in writing via email.

Replacement: if the product is qualified under the limited warranty coverage, we will replace the unit once we received the problem unit back.

Warranty Replacement:
For damaged memonizer®, such as Combi, Water, Sun, Pool, Heating, CAR, due to rough handling or accidentally dropped to the floor/ground will be shipped back to memon® Bionic Instruments, GmbH in Germany for inspection and/or repair and any expenses related to these must be paid by the customer(s). If the memonizer® cannot be repaired (total damage), the refund cannot be granted. In case, you may think or based on your observation the product has a defect issue on the physical body/surface such as: scratches, little dent on the aluminum cover, or small mark(s) that you may not satisfy, send us an email with a good picture first and we are more than happy to exchange the same exact product(s) but must be reported within 7 days as warranty replacement. After 7 days, we will not honor the exchange.
Procedure: 

  1. Do not call us. Send us email to our customer service with its 3 clear pictures attached from different angles and explain the detail and reason.
  2. Wait for our customer service to respond.
  3. Once we all agree, our customer service will give an instruction as how you must send it back to us.
  4. All returned merchandises must accompanied by its tracking number via USPS priority mail and an email notification must be sent to our customer service for us to track your returned merchandise.
  5. We will not be responsible for any delays in processing the request due to lack of following our instructions.

We cannot honor your opinion based on your personal observation. Neither of us is qualified to determine its condition whether the product was a refurbished, used, defective, etc., until both parties receive a written confirmation from the memon® Bionic Instruments, GmbH headquarters to confirm that.

Insurance Coverage (optional):

In case insurance is needed prior to the shipment is sent, please notify us immediately or enter a note in your order. We will then send you a separate invoice just for the cost of insurance to cover the entire value of the order. Prices on the products listed on our website do not include insurance. 

Disputes: 

No one likes conflicts or disputes. It takes time and energy which in most cases it can be solved between the seller and the buyer. Most of the time, this occurs because of misunderstanding or lack of the awareness of the importance of the communication itself. Before jumping to quick to your financial institution/bank who issued the payment card(s) you used to shop, or other institutions such as Better Business Bureau, allow us to work on your behalf to provide all the evidence and necessary proofs so that we can come to an agreement. If the agreement cannot be achieved, then we can escalade the case to a higher authority or having other authority to involve. We documented and recorded every transaction, its history and communications both in our system, email or text messages and we may also collect the evidence from a third party to help solving the issue. We are open in a two way communications and any input or complaints will be handled very serious. Thank you for your cooperation.
